1. Manufacturing
3 to 5 weeks in our Vendée workshop. Tenth-of-a-mm quality control, Qualicoat-certified thermo-lacquering.
2. Shipping
Appointment booked 48h before delivery. Suitable truck, tail lift for large structures.
3. Install
Our team fixes, adjusts and commissions the pergola. Full site cleaning before leaving.
4. Follow-up
A dedicated studio lead stays reachable during the full warranty. Interventions within 72h in mainland France.
