- Remote diagnostic within 24 working hours
- On-site intervention within 72h in mainland France
- Original spare parts, at no charge
- Labour included for the full warranty period
- Annual readjustment offered the 1st year
What is not covered
Exceptions to know.
- Damage due to non-compliant use
- Impact, vandalism, natural disasters (covered by your home insurance)
- Modifications or repairs performed by a third party
- Normal wear of sealing joints (replacement every 5 years recommended)
